Hasaacas Ladies FC quest to secure the national league title was once again put on hold after a 5-3 penalty kicks defeat to Ampem Darkoa Ladies following a 1-1 inside regulation time.

Doris Boaduwaa hammered home from a corner kick inside the second half but a late Ophelia Serwaa Agyemang strike extended the play to extra time and eventually spot kick.

For the second successive seasons Our Ladies have narrowly failed at the playoffs final under similar circumstances.

Hasaacas Ladies FC will come again next season to compete for the title. To reach the final is a magnificent achievement and the team will relish another chance.
