Hasaacas Ladies will begin the 2024/25 Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League season with a home game against Berry Ladies.

The defending champions will host Berry at the Gyandu Stadium on Monday, October 21 on match day one.

The fixture was initially scheduled for Saturday until a late postponement.

Hasaacas come into the fixture on the back of triumph in Champion of Champions game against Army Ladies last weekend when Comfort Owusu and Mercy Attobrah scored in the win.

Berry Ladies on the other hand come into this fixture after a disappointing campaign in the Women’s Premier Super Cup held in Prampram last month.

The last game between these two sides ended in a dramatic 2-2 while previous encounters have been feisty.

Hasaacas will continue to be under the tutelage and guidance of Mabel Baffoe Eshun ahead of the new season.

She is hoping to start the campaign on a positive note.

Monday’s fixture is scheduled for a 10am kickoff.
