Hasaacas Ladies began the second round of the Malta Guinness Women’s Premier League season with a 2-0 win over Berry Ladies.

Mercy Attobrah scored both goals for the defending champions, with a strike in each half securing the victory.

Attobrah opened the scoring early in the first half, converting a rebound to give the away team the lead.

Despite their advantage, Hasaacas struggled to control the game, failing to extend their lead before the break. However, Mercy Attobrah doubled their advantage in the second half after breaking through the Berry defense.

The win keeps Hasaacas in the hunt for the top spot, staying close on the heels of Police Ladies, who are also tied for first place with 21 points.
