Veronica Baah Kumah and Vivian Cudjoe had opportunities to put the game beyond the reach of the home side.
Despite the rued chances, Hasaacas held on to pick up all three points and return to winning ways.
The win was a vital one for the Takoradi-based side who had struggled in their last two games league games prior to the game against Faith.
The game was also the last for Mabel Baffoe Eshun as interim head coach of the team.
The team will subsequently be in the care of Boniface Ayipah who makes a return to the club.
