Newest addition Jafaru Rahama is set to make her debut for Hasmal Ladies against Rivers Angels FC in the opening game of the WAFU Zone B Women’s Championship.

Another new addition, Lauratu Issaka settled for a place on the bench.

Coach Yusif Basigi has made three changes to the side that secured the FA Cup title against Ampem Darkoa Ladies the last time out.

Basigi looks to have opted for a 4-4-2 fashion with clear intent of taking the game to the Nigeria side.

Grace Banwah will be in-between the sticks, in front of her will be Faustina Aidoo and Janet Egyir as the central pair and being flanked by Comfort Owusu and Regina Antwi on the right and left respectively – that’s our guess.

Looks likely there’s a midfield pair of Azumah Bugre and Doreen Copson and on the left and right will be Doris Boaduwaa and Jafaru Rahama; in attack will be Milot Pokuaa and Veronica Appiah.
