The Takoradi-based side secured a 1-0 win against the newly promoted team on Saturday, January 11, in Tema.

Coming off a win over Army Ladies before the Christmas break, Boniface Ayipah’s side entered their first game of the year with confidence.
In the 16th minute, Sylvia Osei’s set piece rattled the crossbar, and Ndali capitalized on the rebound to find the back of the net.
Despite Halifax Queens applying significant pressure in the second half, goalkeeper Grace Banwaa stood firm to preserve the lead.
At full-time, Hasaacas Ladies claimed all three points, closing the gap at the top of the league table.
