Hasaacas Ladies will wrap up the first round of the Women’s Ghana Premier League with a trip to Accra to face Jonina Ladies on Friday, January 24.

Currently sitting second on the league table, Hasaacas are aiming to finish the first round of the 2024/25 campaign on a high note.

The Hasmal Ladies have been in strong form since late last year and are yet to drop points following their matchday six fixture against LadyStrikers.

Since then, Hasaacas have secured two consecutive wins and made progress in the Women’s FA Cup as well.

Jonina Ladies, after a strong start to the campaign, have slowed down in recent matches. However, a return to the Antie Aku Park could spark a turnaround for the Accra-based side.

Last season, the Takoradi-based side secured a double victory over the newly promoted Jonina Ladies, with 1-0 and 2-0 wins, respectively.

A win for Hasaacas could see them move to the top of the league table, ahead of Police Ladies, who are scheduled to play later in the gameweek.
